I received the battery, inspected the battery, everything looks fine! japanese writing on the battery; popped it in my Sony A200 turned it on... wow "it worked" 5 seconds later my camera is telling me i need to insert sony battery... ???? not worth paying less then full retail from actual sony!

Ok, I literally took over 1000 pictures. More like 1,300 over a weekend on a trip. I didn't use a flash and used the view finder instead of the lcd. But still, I was amazed to still have 55% battery life left after so many pictures. Amazing..

It is a very simple product. Anyone using a DSLR needs a second battery. After the initial charge, the battery is working just great and the price at Amazon was great also.

I am using two spare batteries for my Sony Alpha 900 camera. The battery is very powerful, but you are well advised to have at least one spare ready since the Alpha 900's consumes substantial amounts of energy when you shoot hundreds of RAWs & JPEGs. What I liked is the excellent value for money at Amazon.
