We needed a Sony NPFP50 P Camcorder Battery FAST to record my daughter's school play...we found it locally at twice the price online - haven't bought electronics or batteries online...went for it. The vendor was AWESOME - had the battery in just TWO days (a very tight window before the play) - the vendor responded quickly (and over a weekend!) to our request and we had the battery in time to confirm the charge and most importantly RECORD the play :) for the teacher and class. I never received this package. I don't think it is any fault of the seller. I am sure the postal service does not know what it is doing because they cannot find the package using the tracking number.
