This Zune cover is great. It goes on easily, protects my 30GB Zune when I clumsily drop it, and it looks good. The only other thing that would be a nice addition is if it had a screen cover so when it does slip out of my hands it wouldn't get scratched but this works very well for what it's supposed to.

While this is a cheap product the quality definitely shows it. It fits on my Zune well but it is very thin rubber and I do not see how it can protect anything. This is a great way to change the color of your zune but nothing more. The buttons are a little tougher to use, rather than just simply touching them you have to apply quite a bit of pressure. It is just okay. I should have spent a few more dollars and got a better case.

This is a great silicone case, but unlike what is stated in a previous review, there is no elastic armband or belt clip that comes with this (which was the final selling point for me, but it's not really something I can hold against the seller). I still recommend this case as it is very durable, even more so than any other silicone cases I have found out there.

Bought this not for my Zune but for my HP PDA which is almost the same size. It is surprisingly well constructed for such a low price item. My PDA fits nicely with enough room for the earphones, USB cord and an extra battery. The only concern I have is the retainer straps which look a little weak and may snap off after a while. If you need protection for any small electronic stuff - can't beat this item for quality and price combination. I'm thinking of getting another one for my Zune.

Sounds like one the top earphones in the market. Hard hitting bass, and clean highs. Perfect for techno. The cord is the only problem. When it rubs up agains your shirt or your collars it creates a very annoying scratching noise if your music is turned down low. Very, very irritating, and I have had these earphones about a year now and I'm still not used to the noise. I usually turn up the music high so drown out the scratching sound. Also, The soft fabric has torn in one place and it exposed the plastic wire underneath.



There is an advantage to the soft fabric wires though, it does not bunch up or get twisted. So you wont have to constantly untwist them like other plastic wires.



Overall, excellent sound, but annoying at time if the music is low or during song transitions.

First off, I have owned these Zune V2 headphones for over two years now on a Zune 120GB device; I am on my 2nd pair currently though. Portable headphones from any manufacturer do wear out with daily rugged use, as I give mine. The magnetic connector for them is just great, you know, the headphones are not dangling independently of each other all over the place. The speakers in them are excellent, they sound very good and the cord is made of tangle resistant woven material, and I have never had any problem with interference by it (the cord) hitting any objects, including metal. In fact, I read the review here that someone got interference with a shovel banging into them, but I tried hitting them (the cords) and everything else that I could think of, they never sounded better even as I was trying to distort the sound any way that I could. Even when I get an IPhone or any other portable device that will require headphones, I plan on using these. They may be a little expensive but they are totally worth it, you will never go back to 'other' portable headphones again, the noise reduction is standard for in-the-ear headphones also, meaning good. Bye-the-way, the great magnets and super sounding speakers are a little big, compared to `other' cheaper lower end portable headphones out here, but I will never go to anything else than this type of headphones.

I snagged these when they were selling at a 50% discount right before they were discontinued. The first time I used them, I fell in love. The sound quality is superb and they are very comfortable. The cord will fray but that shouldn't cause a problem. Moving will transmit a sound to your ears and it's annoying at first, but you quickly get used to it (at least I did) and it's definitely not as bad as some people are saying.



Here's the bad:

I bought these in like late August and the right side just recently became really faint (this was in mid-March). I wish these headphones weren't discontinued because I would definitely buy another pair.



Overall, these are still the best ear-phones I have ever used. Bass is perfect, sound quality is better than all I have tried, they are very comfortable, hardly noticeable & never fall out even while running, and block outside sound really well. Also, you think you'll never use the pouch but you do :)

I've had these for a month and use them every few days including at a gym, and on a plane or playing video games. I consider myself above average when if comes to being picky about sound; I occasionally moonlight as a sound tech.



I've been happy with these. The sound reproduction is fairly accurate; a little light on the base but not in a bad way.



Sound isolation is not perfect with the rubber tips and my ears are small so I kind of have to work hard to get a good seal on my ear canal.



That said, when I got these for about 20 bucks, I would still pay about 30 for them if these broke. For my generic listening use; I think I got a good deal.



If this is your first time buying in-ear headphones, keep this mind: Most people aren't really as finicky as they say they are about sound.



I suggest you give these a try. for about 30$ before you hand over more than double that for 'high end' ones.

really good for the price but i found a few problems. i tried using the a/v cables but they didnt work on my tv. the neck strap is too short but i was able to make it longer. on the good side the car and house charger works great considering the zune only lasts for about 3 hours at most if your playing music the whole time so the car charger def. comes in handy. really like the screen cover cause its easier to clean then the actual screen. really like the gel skins cause ive dropped my zune twice and atleast this will keep it a little bit more safe. in conclusion, i think this is a very good for the price just a few querks thats y i didnt give it 5 stars

I was looking for an armband for my Zune that wasn't going to molest my wallet and stumbled onto this package. The three neoprene(?) cases are a nice shell to use in conjunction with the arm strap which is surprisingly comfortable. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't wear it all day but for runs and other workouts it isn't cumbersome and didn't need to be adjusted every two seconds.



The array of chargers is nice since Microsoft only supplies a proprietary USB cable when you buy a Zune so if you wanted to charge it without your computer, tough noogies. They feel a bit chintzy but get the job done which is all that matters I suppose. The headphone splitter is good if you want to watch something with a friend on a train ride or something. I don't use the screen protectors because I bought the kit from Zagg that feel way better though I suppose they are passable.



The extra retractable transfer cable is nice to have around if you are like me and misplace your cables when you drag your laptop all over the house. Everything else, ie; ear buds, neck string and video cable have limited use. The video cable is short so if you don't have front TV inputs it might be a little annoying to leave your player on top of the TV. To me, if you are near a TV then you are probably near your laptop which is probably your preferred medium for viewing anyway so it's kind of a none issue but nice to have around anyway.



Overall it was a nice deal for the price and everything functions the way it should. A good alternative to the local offerings from the wallet predators.

I wanted the arm band but at Best Buy they were $29 for just the arm band and case. This kit is a much better value.



The various cases and arm band are useful for working out and I like the idea of the screen protectors, although the instructions are printed in Japanese.



I have a Zune HD, so I can't use the AV cable, but I hooked my video camera up and the cable works fine. (You have to use the RED plug for VIDEO instead of the usual yellow.) I'm not sure why they include this in a "Zune HD" accessory pack, when it's useless for the HD version (you need the AV dock to output video from Zune HDs.)



The headphone splitter is useful and the chargers make it a very complete package.

I actually bought these to use with an iTouch and to use inside my motorcycle helmet when I ride. They are decent head phones with pretty good sound but I didnt like the way they fit in my ears when my helmet was on so I gave them to a friend of mine who has a Zune. He liked the splitter that came with them that enables you to share a movie or a song with a friend but thought that the sound was so so compared to the ear buds that came with his Zune Media Player.

For the money you get above average sound and if you buy them just for your Zune you get the ear phone splitter. Well worth the money for a Zune owners.

I don't really have anything good to say about these (except the good price).



My complaints (thus far):

1) Sound quality is terrible.. it seems like the "treble" is cranked way up, and the "bass" is turned way down. Songs with a lot of bass in particular sound pretty awful (and this isn't something I'm particularly picky about. I haven't had problems with other headphones)

2) The cord length is very odd. It seems to get in my way when I'm working out on a treadmill (again, I have never had this issue w/headphones before).

3) The headphones have a tendency to fall out of my ears (especially when I'm working out/sweating). This got especially annoying today when the headphones would stay in my ears for maybe 10 seconds and then start sliding out.



I definitely DO NOT recommend this product.

I've tried a lot of earphones and I don't like the sound in these as much as the headphones that came with the Zune HD. I saw them here on Amazon - $10 including shipping, so a good deal. However, they aren't any good for moving around. The earpiece does seal around the ear, but when moving it constantly comes out. Plus, the unit is sensitive to touch, so you hear any rubbing or even the vibration of feet when walking. Bottom line is that both my wife and I find the basic Zune headphones sound better.

it's nearly impossible to put the film on without bubbles, so just expect that. It also doesn't look as clean as the actual Zune screen and mine has picked up some scratches already and I've only had it on for a couple of weeks. I would recommend this if you never plan to do any kind of strenuous activity with it. If you do, I'd just opt for a case with a screen protector built in. There's a reason they send you more than one protector... It's ok, not great, but ok. Your Zune won't get scratched, but you also lose some quality.
