The socks are just big enough to cover up most devices outside of tall cell phones and iPod Touch/iPhone. I have a Palm Pre that uses the extended life battery so it is a bit chunkier than it is with the default battery, so the phone won't fit in the original pouch. But these socks fit it perfectly! These really work best for flip-phones or smaller-profile devices. And they're insanely cheap compared to the over-priced Apple versions.

This is my second one. The reason I brought another one was the price. My first one is still in good shape and it is over two years old. I use it everyday to take my Zune to work with me. It protects my Zune well. It has a side area for storing small items like a cell phone. It is great item to have if you have a Zune, a must buy. Nice dock for the Zune. It's small, has a nice rubber grip pad on the bottom, and is very easy to set up and use.



The only downside is that when using the radio, I had to move the speaker connection from the back of the dock to the headphone jack on the Zune itself because the Zune uses that jack as an antennae for the radio. I don't know if there is any way the dock could conceivably route the radio antennae signal from the headphone jack to the dock, but I was unable to receive a good radio signal through the dock itself.



Still, for ease of use and listening to music from the Zune, this dock is first rate. It keeps my Zune charged and ready to go.

The dock comes with adaptors, none labeled specifically for the 120, but other reviewers stated that Zune's customer service said it would work, so I gave it a shot. I used the 80's adaptor and while the 120 rested a little unsteadily, it was connected enough to start charging. Since I still seemed to be having some issues with getting a really solid charge, I followed the Zune tech site's suggestion and after a half hour on the dock, connected it back to the computer and it worked perfectly.



After the initial full charge using the dock and computer, we're able to use the dock alone now. Apart from the semi-wobbly condition, I would still recommend it for owners of the 120 as an alternate charge source - I'm not sure if making some alterations to the adaptor would help, but we may try that to address the unsteadiness issue.

Sound quality was , by definition, only as good as FM radio which is not going to anywhere near as good as a CD or MP3. But throw in the static and the nearby stations trying to overlap on (any of the selected or choosen) frequencies and the music gets to be anoying quickly (and I do not live in the "big city"). Tried every which way to "rig" it, but never got a clean, clear signal.



I have NEVER found one of these type devices (FM modulator) that had enough signal strength to continualy overcome side signals and this unit will not break the streak. So, hopes dashed, it will be car my charger.



Save your money. Either purchase an WIRED FM modulator (see "sound quality" comment above first, it still applied to the inline wired type) or switch out your radio to something compatible with your Zune head phone plug. Even the low cost replacement recievers (< $80) have the proper plugs now (1/8" ?).

This thing is going to cause me to get into a car accident. It requires so much moving around and fiddling with while driving. So much static on any station and randomly cuts in and out. Unless it is in one specific spot it doesn't play anything at all. I got this on sale and it is still too much to spend for it. The only good thing about it is that it charges the player. Can anyone suggest a better device for listening to my zune through the radio? One where I wouldn't have to mess with it every 10 seconds...

I recently purchased a universal FM Transmitter adapter for my 30GB zune. It worked okay, but I had wires going everywhere. When I saw this one I ordered it an returned the old one. Wow, like other zune accessories I've purchased it is well made and works well. While FM transmitter adapters aren't the ultimate solution this one is as good as any.



What I didn't expect is that it transmits the song information to my radio display, a really nice feature. I also like how the tuner attaches to the cigarette adapter using a magnet. It is a much cleaner solution than the one I originally had.

--I have never reviewed a purchase before, but I feel I must comment on this one. It works better than I expected, and I was pleasantly surprised. From a cost perspective, it is well worth the investment.

--On a previous diving trip in April '09, I purchased 6 rolls of 35mm film to use in an existing underwater camera I was using. Upon return, I paid to have all of those developed plus put onto a CD-rom for e-mailing purposes. All of that cost ~$100 and I still have not e-mailed any pictures 6 months later.

--As for the sony underwater housing, I up-loaded pictures to a website within hours of being on the dive boat and everybody had seen them before dinner that night.

--It works well for both pictures and movies underwater. All of the controls are easy to use underwater and the pictures were very, very good.



If you are debating whether to buy or not (as I was in July 2009), you absolutely must purchase this. You will not regret it.

bajé 10 metros con ella y no tuvo inconvenientes, saco buenas imágenes y videos.



yo tengo la w150. que no tiene modo underwater, y quede bastante conforme. ya es una ventaja poder bajar con la camara. el resto lo hace el fotógrafo creo yo. me imagino que alguna ventaja tendrá tener la w300 que si tiene el modo.



luego creo que hay que ser religiosamente cuidadoso en el mantenimiento del o-ring y no tendras sorpresas desagradables. enjuagarla luego de usarla y conservarla con cuidado.

I bought this product 4 days before leaving for Australia. I wanted a housing to use while snorkeling in the Great Barrier Reef. It arrived on time and worked wonderfully! No leaks, no worries. All camera functions were fully accessible. The only issue was with the flash not being able to be fully utilized. This wasn't a huge problem during my visit - we were in shallow water during the day... but if it was darker or deeper it may have been an issue.

This under water housing is an inexpensive way to expand your Cybershot camera for underwater use. I have used this enclosure with a Cybershot W170 for about a year in places like Bonaire and Cozumel for scuba diving to 110 ft and it protects and functions flawlessly.



The case allows you access to all the camera controls, comes with everything you need and has a glass lense cover for clarity. The case does block the flash but the included diffuser spreads light adequately for close-up shots even at night. If you want better color saturation definetly get a strobe.



What makes the DSC-W170 such a great match to this this housing is the superior Zeiss optics, 10 mg photos, 5x Optical zoom, movie mode and best of all an underwater mode with several color correction options to reduce the blue or green you typically get in deeper water.



If you want to start taking under water pictures, like the convenience of not having to buy a bulky underwater camera (dual use cameras are usually chunky), all for well under $400 dollars, this duo (DSC-W170/MPK-WD) can't be beat.
