Case is nicely made out of aluminum. However the recesses inside the case to hold the individual memory cards do not hold the memory cards securely. Each time I have used my case at least one of the cards was loose and floating around the inside of the case when I opened if after traveling with it. Disappointing considering you could easily be caring several $100 worth of cards...

Too much memory is a good thing. You can't always unload your photos to your computer like you're supposed to. Believe me, you don't ever want to run out of storage capacity when that perfect moment arrives that has to be captured in both the camera's & your memory...

If you own a PSP, then you must absolutely own a high-capacity Memory Stick Pro Duo. As of this writing, 16 GB is a large as these get. This is an excellent size, giving you plenty of room to store all your music, videos, and photos on one card. I used to swap around between a couple of different Memory Sticks to access my different kinds of media, but no longer. If you can't afford the 16 GB, then take a hard look at the 8 GB. That's still a pretty decent size, although if you like to watch lots of video (as I do) then you may find the smaller size to be a bit confining.



These will also work great with other Sony products that use Memory Stick Pro media so depending on your hardware collection, this could easily be your "go to" storage device for ALL of your digital material.



This particular unit has been rock-solid reliable for me. It just works, quickly and transparently. I've occasionally had problems with other brands of Memory Stick media but Sony products are reliable and this unit is no exception. Beware the counterfeits that are floating around out there! This product as purchased through Amazon is the real deal.

I just received my Sony 8GB Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo and have been using it for pictures and video. Works fantastic, and just like Sony says... it is faster. Noticeably faster! Writes the videos that I'm taking in 720p super fast. It is a bit pricey compared to NON HG sticks, but for large file pictures and HD video... this is a keeper and a recommended item from me! The new HG version of the Memory Stick Duo Pros has a faster read and write time and it shows on things like Burst mode for photos on some of the newer Sony cameras, in gaming with the handhelds, and in the newer video format for the cameras. I have an older sony cybershot (5 megapixels but if you have a cybershot you know that even the very old ones take awesome pics), however it still takes fantastic pictures. The only "beef" I had with my camera was that the larges memory stick I could buy for it was less than 1mb. Not good when you love to take pics. I ended up carting my laptop with me wherever I went just incase my memory filled up. I purchased the 2 mb memory sticks only to discover when they arrived that they were not compatible with my camera. Jumped on the net and found this baby and now my troubles are over!!!

The "Buyer Beware" title is due to the fact that you will be charged a shipping and handling fee FOR EACH ONE you buy. I made the mistake of buying 4 and ended up paying almost as much for shipping as I did for the sticks. The 4 Sticks were: $25.60. The Shipping & Handling was: $23.80. As far as I can determine, this was not evident at the time of my order.
