The screen protector is great, as is the case, but the power chord, sometimes makes the device mess up and go into menus that you dont intend for it to go into. Also the usb cable may charge the device, but doesnt allow it to sync

received all the items in a highly efficient timely manner; was quite ecstatic to try all them out. The Screen Protector was merely OK as I could not get the 2nd label sticker to completely remove without leaving some glue residue; all the cables worked except for one - USB to Zune, of which was quickly replaced by the Sender. Car and Wall Home chargers work just fine ... as I travel quite a bit and nothing is like using the ZUNE HD on the road instead of the typical 'Kiddies Toy' Ipod TOUCH (my wife uses and loves); and in using / having all these gadgets at hand for less than $15, just puts you in a Zune HD World of utter bliss (and this company / sender is AWESOME!!!)
As for the defective cable, I'll be returning soon to the sender / company, along with how to get FREE passes for the Alameda County Fair (in which they are not too far from).

This is a protective case - but you have to open it to use the touchscreen - otherwise fine to protect while in your pocket etc

Great software, easy to use. Only improvement I would appreciate is a bookmark function for audio books. Other than that, everything anyone would want in an MP3 player.

The skins and the screen protector work great. It seems like my Zune is well protected by them. The Cables also work just as expected (USB cable, car charger, and ac adapter). The fact that all these items cost less than any one would cost at an electronics store makes the deal all the more sweet.
